Use of the Service

SellerPortals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service subject to your strict compliance with these Terms.

Eligibility

Account Registration

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle is monthly.

Free Trial

We offer a 14 -day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial.

Cancellation

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any automated system, including “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Service

• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall SellerPortals, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Australia . Sellerportals and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6. ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES.
