  • does not sell customer data

Merchants remain the data controllers, and Sellerportals acts as a data processor when handling customer data.

  • provide and operate the App
  • synchronize product listings and orders between Shopify and eBay
  • authenticate merchant accounts
  • provide customer support
  • detect technical issues or misuse
  • improve the performance and reliability of our services

Access to merchant and store data within Sellerportals is limited to authorized personnel who require it to operate or support the App.
