This is the step-by-step instructions for connecting your BigCommerce store to Etsy via the Etsy Integration by Sellerportals.

Start the Connection:

Click on the "Connect with Etsy" button which is displayed on the Sellerportals integration page within your BigCommerce dashboard.

Authorize Access:

You will be redirected to an Etsy login page. Enter your Etsy credentials and log in. After logging in, you'll be prompted to allow access to Sellerportals. Click the "Allow Access" button to grant permissions.

Choose Products to Import:

Select either "All Products" or "Published Products" from the dropdown menu.

All Products: Imports all the products from your BigCommerce store into the app, including those that are invisible/not live.

Published Products: Imports only the products that are visible/live on your BigCommerce store.

Proceed with Import:

Click on the "Next" button to proceed with importing the selected products to your Sellerportals application.

Select or Create Shipping Template:

Choose a default shipping template from the list of current shipping templates. If necessary, you can create a new template by clicking "create a new one."

Refresh the list if you can't find a specific template by clicking "Refresh List."

Confirm Shipping Template:

Once you have selected or created your shipping template, proceed by clicking the "Next" button.

Template Name and Category:

Enter a name for your template.

Select the appropriate Etsy category that matches your products.

Fill in Product Details:

Complete the mapping of your product details, including who made the product, when it was made, whether it's a supply item, the occasion, style, and material.

Finalize the Setup:

After completing the category template details, click on the "Complete" button.

Access Templates:

From the Etsy Integration dashboard within your BigCommerce store, navigate to the 'Upload Template' section in the top menu.

Create New Template:

Click on "Create Template" if no templates are available or if you want to create a new one.

Configure Template Details:

• Enter a name for your new template in the 'Name' field, such as "Upload Toys" or any other descriptive title.
• Select the appropriate 'Shipping Template' from the dropdown menu, like "Royal Express Shipping."
• Choose the 'Category Template' that best fits the products you're uploading, like "Default Template."
• Click 'Save' to create your upload template.

Choose Your Template:

In the 'Select Upload Template' popup, select the template you created from the 'Upload Template' dropdown.

Start Uploading:

Click 'Start Uploading' to begin the process of listing your selected products on Etsy

Select Products:

In the 'View Product' section, select the checkbox next to each product you want to upload.

Open Upload Template:

Click the 'Upload to Etsy' button at the top of the page.

Once you've started the upload, you can monitor the progress on the dashboard. Check the 'Etsy Listing' status column next to each product to confirm that they're active and properly listed.

If you need to sync the latest product details from BigCommerce, simply click 'Sync From BigCommerce' at any point.
